Assistant Professor in Shenzhen Audencia Business School. Prof. Jeanine Chang received her PhD in Marketing from College of Business, City University of Hong Kong; MS from Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences, University of Arizona; and BS from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.  She has studied factors that influence collaboration between channel members as well as knowledge co-creation and innovation. Her research area also includes the role of CSR on firm’s marketing strategy and performance in emerging markets.
